贝博® BBproExtra® AEBSF是一种水溶性的丝氨酸蛋白酶不可逆抑制剂，其抑制常数与PMSF和DFP的抑制常数相似，可以有效抑制胰蛋白酶(trypsin)、糜蛋白酶(chymotrypsin)、纤溶酶(plasmin)、激肽释放酶(kallikrein)和凝血酶(thrombin)等蛋白酶. 作为PMSF和DFP的替代物，AEBSF的毒性更低、水溶性和水溶液中半衰期更长，稳定性更好，效果更好。

注意事项
1.蛋白酶抑制剂未开盖使用前也可以2-8℃储存。开盖使用后-20℃储存。
2.蛋白酶抑制剂在2-8℃时是固体状态，从冰箱取出后恢复至室温或37℃短时间水浴，变成液体状态后离心至管底部再开盖。

使用注意事项
旋帽离心管装的试剂在开盖前请短暂离心，将盖内壁上的液体甩至管底，避免开盖时液体洒落。
使用方法
建议使用浓度为 0.1 至 1mM。
